Ingredients: ½ cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans, shredded; 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Spread; ½ cup milk; 2 tbsp jalapeño chillies, diced into small cubes; 3 tbsp roasted red peppers, diced into small cubes; A pinch of salt; A pinch of ground cayenne pepper; tortilla crisps with salt to serve

Dips and sauces complement our dishes. And this sauce works wonders in any meal, using our delicious Kraft Cheddar Cheese and a spicy touch of jalapeno and pepper. Whether it’s nachos or crunchy appetizers at a Friday get-together, get creative and prepare your unique dip to add excitement to the evening.

Instructions

- In a large heatproof bowl, mix the Kraft cheeses with milk.
- In order to melt the cheese, create a bain-marie, by balancing the bowl over a saucepan of hot water (water bath). Continue to heat and stir, until the cheeses are completely melted.
- Add salt and cayenne pepper, then stir the mixture until fully dissolved.
- Add diced jalapenos and red bell peppers.
- For the final touches, garnish with some cayenne pepper, and then serve it with nachos.
- Enjoy a cheesy, but definitely not a cliché, dip unlike any other.
