Who doesn’t love falafel? Even if you don’t, you won't be able to resist the melted cheddar stuffed falafel.
Instructions
Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, cilantro, egg, spices and seasoning in a processor and blend until smooth.
Add the breadcrumbs and blend briefly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to mature.
Form a ball around each cube of cheese, allowing the end product to have a diameter of ± 3 cm.
Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove from oil and drain well on absorbent paper.
Serve warm with KRAFT cream cheese squeeze.
