Cheesy Beef Quesadilla

A dish that brings you joy with the delicious flavors of seasoned minced beef and rich cheddar cheese enclosed in warm tortilla bread.
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat.
Add 500 grams of lean minced beef and cook until browned, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps.
Finely dice 1 small onion, crush 1 clove of garlic, and finely dice 200 grams of mushrooms.
Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic and spices (1 teaspoon smoked paprika and 1 teaspoon ground cumin) in the pan.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
Heat a grill plate or a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Grate 190 grams of Kraft cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle a generous amount of grated Kraft Cheddar Cheese and mozzarella cheese over half of each tortilla, top with a few tablespoons of the beef mixture and then sprinkle over more of the grated Kraft Cheddar Cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Fold tortillas to enclose and cook each side for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
Serve with sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
