Cut the toast with a round cutter or a glass then remove the cut center.
Mix the eggs with spinach, turkey then season with salt and pepper.
Add butter to a hot non stick pan then put in the hollowed piece of toast.
Add some of the egg mixture and le the eggs set a little ,then top with some jar cheese.
Cover with the removed piece of toast.
Spread some butter on top.
Flip the toast to the other side and let it continue to cook and get crispy and golden.
