Cheesy Toast Bake

Ingredients: 80 g Kraft Cheddar Cheese Blocks, shredded (1 cup); 18 Pieces of sliced bread with the edges trimmed; 12 turkeys slices; ½ cup pesto; ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced; Fresh tomatoes, sliced; butter; 2 tbsp Kraft Cheddar Cheese Spread; 1 can sterilised cream; salt and pepper to taste

Classic toast sandwiches are delicious, but have you ever tried to bake your toast with turkey slices & cheddar cheese? It's a perfect way to elevate your meal.

Instructions

- Butter the baking dish (13x9 in) then add a layer of toast to cover the bottom of the dish.
- Shred 80 grams of Kraft cheddar cheese.
- Spread a layer of pesto then add turkey slices, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and a third of the shredded Kraft cheddar cheese.
- Cover with another layer of toast, then repeat the process till all filling is finished and cover it with a final toast layer.
- Mix the topping ingredients (2 tablespoons Kraft cheddar cheese spread, 1 can sterilized cream and salt and pepper to taste) together and pour it over the top of the tray.
- Add the last of the shredded Kraft cheddar cheese and bake it in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes then broil the top till its golden.
