Cheesy Tuna and Mushroom Pasta Bake

Ingredients: 350 g farfalle pasta, cooked and drained; 1 cup Soft breadcrumbs; 2x 185 g tinned tuna chunks, drained; 250 g button mushrooms, sliced; celery stalks, sliced; onions, chopped; 1 tbsp virgin olive oil; 1 tbsp butter, melted; Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans, finely grated; 1 portion cheddar cheese sauce

After a long hard day, this memorable Italian dish is sure to satisfy your hunger! The soft pasta is served with delicate tuna, fresh mushrooms, and topped with rich cheddar cheese.

Instructions

- Preheat oven to 190˚C.
- Grease a large oven-proof baking dish, or 6 individual dishes with butter.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan; add onion and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add celery and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine cooked vegetables with the Basic Cheddar Cheese Sauce (refer to the recipe on our website) and tuna, and then carefully stir in the cooked pasta.
- Turn into prepared baking dish.
- Toss breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Kraft Mozza-Cheddar Cheese together and sprinkle over the pasta.
- Cook in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes (15-20 minutes for individual dishes) or until the sauce is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
