Cheesy Tuna casserole with rice

Instructions

• • In a cooking pot, add butter to cook the onion, garlic, and hot pepper.
  • Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices and stir them all together.
  • Add some water and leave the mixture aside for 20 minutes.
  • Add the tuna and Kraft’s cheddar cheese to the mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • To prepare the rice, boil it in water until it’s almost cooked.
  • Drain the rice and put it in a cooking pot.
  • Mix the saffron with half the rosewater and mix turmeric with the remaining half of the rosewater.
  • Cover the pot and steam cook the ingredients for 15 minutes.
  • Lay out the rice on the casserole and center the tuna salona right above it. Then, garnish with fried onions and coriander.
  • Serve the tuna salona with cheese and rice for a flavorful taste unlike any other!
