The creamy and delicate cherry and cheddar cheesecake offers a unique blend of rich cheddar cheese and sweet cherry for you to enjoy.
Ingredients
4 portions
Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans
1 can
Yoghurt
6 tbsp
Cherry sauce
10 tbsp
Vanilla
1 tsp
Wheat flour
3 tbsp
Eggs
2
Tea biscuits (packets)
2
Sugar
0.5 cup
Butter
4 tbsp
Cream cheese, plain
6 tbsp
Instructions
Shred 1 can of Kraft Cheddar cheese.
Mix 6 tablespoons of yoghurt, 6 tablespoons of cream cheese, Kraft Cheddar Cheese, ½ a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 3 tablespoons of flour in a blender.
Mash the tea biscuit and place it in a tray.
Press the biscuit a bit.
Pour the mixture on the biscuit.
Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
When cooked, put the cheesecake in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Pour the cherry sauce on top.
Serve and Enjoy!
