Ingredients: 300 g beef mince; ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped; ¼ cup onions, chopped; ¼ cup button mushrooms, chopped; 80 g Kraft Cheddar Cheese Blocks, shredded or in small cubes (1 cup); 6 Mini Arabic flatbread; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 tsp mixed spices; ½ tsp ground cumin

Are you ready to prepare an easy middle eastern meat pie with a crisp dough, juicy minced beef, and delicious cheddar cheese? Once you try it, it will become one of your new favorite dishes.

Instructions

- In a food processor blend the parsley, onions and mushrooms till smooth.
- Add the mixture to the meat then season.
- Add the cheese and Mix well.
- Open the bread like a pocket then fill with the filling mixture and close it.
- Brush the bread with oil then bake it at 200 degrees till both sides are crispy and golden about 15 minutes then serve.
