Homemade Mac & Cheese

Instructions

• • In a big pot of boiling water add a tablespoon of salt and cook the pasta for 7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • In a sauce pot melt the butter then add the flour.
  • Cook the flour for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat then add the milk gradually while whisking to avoid creating any lumps.
  • Add the spices and Mustard and the hot sauce and mix well.
  • Put the pot back on the stove and bring to a boil while stirring.
  • Add the shredded Kraft Can cheese and Kraft Jar cheese, mix well till the cheese is melted.
  • To make the topping, melt the butter in a saucepan then add the garlic and cook for 10 seconds.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and cook till the crumbs are golden and crispy.
  • Remove from heat then add the parsley and mix well.
  • Sprinkle over the mac & cheese and serve with a dollop of Kraft Jar Cheese for an extra boost of flavour.
