This Japanese recipe will reinvent the way you see breakfast. A delicious omelet roll filled with turkey, baby spinach, and creamy cheddar cheese.

Instructions

- Heat the nonstick pan.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper (lightly salted ).
- Pour third the amount of the egg mixture and swirl it around the pan to cover the whole bottom of the pan.
- Spread some of the cheese then turkey and spinach.
- Roll the egg over the filling.
- Repeat with the other two thirds of the eggs and filling mixture.
- Remove the eggroll from the pan and cut into 2 inch thick slices and serve.
