Ingredients: 20 slices Kraft Original Cheddar Cheese Slices; 10 potato buns, cut into halves; Wild rocket leaves; 150 g butter; 2 tbsp cooking oil; 1½ kilos beef mince (50% Brisket, 30% Ribeye, 20% Wagyu); 2 eggs; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp Dried Smoked chilli flakes; 500 ml Low sugar tomato ketchup; 250 ml mayonnaise, light; 150 ml yellow mustard with Seeds; 125 ml black truffles with Mushroom Sauce; 100 ml sriracha for medium spicy or 150ml for extra kick

Instructions

- In a large bowl, add the ingredients for the beef patties then mix using your hands. Form the mixture into 150 g patties (for thick patties).
- In a skillet, add a dash of oil then heat the skillet on high heat. Add the patties then cook them on each side until medium well!
- Add two slices of Kraft Original Cheddar Slices on each patty and cover for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Spread butter on two halves of the potato buns, then place them on the grill until crispy.
- To assemble the burgers: Spread 2 tablespoons of Hassan's Secret Sauce on the buns, then add several arugula leaves, the burger patty with the melted cheese, then place the other bun on top!
