Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Nuggets

• • Preheat oven to 180°C and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small even sized pieces and lightly dust with flour.
  • Dip the chicken into the combined egg and milk, then into the combined crushed corn chips and Kraft Cheddar Cheese.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly around the chicken.
  • Place the chicken on the oven tray and spray lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and thoroughly cooked.
