Cheese Crust Pizza with Salami

• • To prepare the dough: Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl, make a 'well' in the center to add the oil, and then gradually add the water until a dough ball forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes or until soft and elastic. Transfer to a large greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • Divide the dough in half and knead it into a 35 cm circle on a floured surface. Lift the dough's edges to form a lip around the edges. Place Kraft cheese sticks around the sides of the crust, allowing 1cm space between them. Fold the dough's edges over the Kraft cheese, squeezing down on the dough to seal tightly. Repeat steps with the other half of the dough.
  • Top it with the pizza sauce, Kraft cheese slices, mozzarella, salami, and bell pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust turns brown and the cheese begins to bubble.
  • Slice the pizza and serve it hot right away for a taste unlike any other.
