If you’re a spinach lover, then this is the dish for you. This spinach gratin is drizzled with melted cheddar cheese, making every bite exquisite.
Preheat oven to 180˚C.
Lightly grease 8 individual gratin dishes.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan; add spring onion and garlic and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Remove from heat.
Place cream cheese, cream, milk and egg in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Stir in the Kraft Cheddar Cheese, ¼ cup of parmesan, spinach, nutmeg, salt and spring onion.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Pour into the prepared gratin dishes.
Sprinkle with the extra parmesan and dot with butter.
Cook in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
