Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

Instructions

• • Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a 20 cm. x 20 cm. square ovenproof lasagne dish.
  • Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and zucchini and cook until softened.
  • Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken stock and cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Stir in a can and a half of Kraft Cheddar Cheese and ¼ cup of grated parmesan.
  • Add chicken and spinach.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or until spinach wilts and chicken is heated through.
  • Place 2 lasagne sheets on the bottom of the prepared dish, trimming to fit.
  • Top with ⅓ chicken mixture.
  • Repeat twice.
  • Top with remaining lasagne sheets.
  • Combine labneh and the remaining Kraft Cheddar Cheese can.
  • Spread over lasagne sheet.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Stand for 10 minutes before serving.
