Cheesy Kebab Skewers

Name: Cheesy Kebab Skewers

Ingredients: 500 g lamb mince; 500 g beef mince; 1 onion, grated; ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped; ½ tsp smoked paprika; ½ tsp ground cinnamon; salt and black pepper; ¼ cup onions juice; 2 tbsp olive oil; salt and black pepper to taste; 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans, shredded; 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese Spread; sumac for garnish; chopped fresh parsley for garnish; 8 bamboo skewers, small, soaked in water

The zesty aroma and the taste of juicy grilled meat, combined with our melting cheddar cheese make a mouthwatering cheesy kebab food experience. This quick homemade Kebab marination, seasoned with flavorful herbs and spices and topped with grated or cubed Kraft Cheddar Cheese, will liven up any Friday dinner.

Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef, onion, parsley and mix together. Season with salt, pepper and spices. Knead the mixture for 5 minutes, until a smooth paste is formed.
- For the basting liquid: Combine all the ingredients together.
- Divide the kebab mixture into 8 equal halves. Dampen your hands with the basting mixture, then shape the meat around the skewer and mold it onto the skewer until it is 20 cms long, it should evenly hold around the skewer.
- Cook the kebab skewers on a hot grill or a griddle pan. Keep flipping them over, until all sides are evenly cooked.
- Add Kraft cheddar cheese spread and the shredded Kraft Cheddar Cheese on top of the Kebab, then cover for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with sumac and parsley.
