Ingredients: 12 Jumbo shrimps, butterflied; 1½ cups Kraft Cheddar Cheese Cans, shredded; 2 shallots, finely chopped; 1½ cups cooking cream, divided; 2 egg yolks; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp unsalted butter; 1 tbsp olive oil; ½ tsp mustard; A pinch of ground cayenne pepper; salt and black pepper to taste; Finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Shrimp has an exceptional presence on dining tables thanks to its mild and aromatic flavor. It's your time to Kraft it with a creamy recipe made with our delicious Cheddar Cheese that elevates the taste. Prepare the famous crunchy jumbo shrimp using the rich taste of cream and cheese, a dash of lemon juice, and a spicy pinch of cayenne and mustard sauce.

Instructions

- Melt butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shallots and cook until translucent.
- Add the mustard, cayenne pepper and 1 cup of cooking cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, and simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and 1 cup of Kraft cheddar cheese, then continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Whisk the egg yolks and the remaining half cup of cooking cream in a bowl. Turn off the heat, then mix in the yolk mixture. Let the mixture cool for a while.
- Place the shrimps on a baking pan. Cover each shrimp evenly with the mixture, then top it with the remaining Kraft cheese.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 12-15 minutes, until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve the grilled shrimps with cheese for a flavorful taste unlike any other!
